📊 Part 1: Download Your ePTR Excel File

You need the Excel export from your ePTR to use this calculator.

Step 1: Click ePTR from the SCPMG portal homepage
STEP 1

Log in to the SCPMG portal and click the ePTR shortcut button on your homepage.

Step 2: Click ePTR Paycheck Results
STEP 2

Click ePTR Paycheck Results (or "ePTR Detail View Results") from the menu.

Step 3: Select pay period and click Excel
STEP 3

Choose your pay period, then click the Excel button to download the .xls file. Upload that file above.

📅 Part 2: Export Your QGenda Schedule (optional)

The QGenda schedule lets the calculator verify your shifts and check your averaging cycle compliance.

Step 1: Click Sync in QGenda
STEP 1

Log in to QGenda and click the Sync button at the top. This generates your iCal calendar link or file.

Step 2: Paste iCal URL or download .ics file
STEP 2

Copy the iCal URL and paste it into the QGenda field above, or paste the URL into your browser address bar — the .ics file will download automatically. Then upload it above.
